Hi, is there anyone here that can vc in discord and that has more knowledge than me at computers so they can help me out with picking a pc?

Its more complicated than that i would rather be in a voice call to discuss it.

Well, I have helped a lot of people over Discord from the LTT Forum with building and speccing out computer. ( 30+ people )
I mainly focus on gaming and editing builds and that is my area of expertise. If its for different type of AI programming or application workloads then I am not that knowledgeable.

If you mean GPU then you can put a low profile GTX 1650 that does not require a power connector, it will draw its power from the motherboard

What if i would say YOUR WRONG (jk not in a bad way dont sue me), wont a 1660ti power it?

I see what you are doing   The 1660ti requires an 8pin power connector and draws 120w.  If your model is the one with the 365W PSU and it has a 8pin power connector then yes, the 1660ti would in theory work.
