Hi so I can't take a picture right now but I'll explain as well as I can.

 

My CPU, GPU, and one of my two top case fans are on. The other top case fan and the two front fans are off. I only just started to notice this when I was testing some stuff in ASUS Fan Xpert. I know I didn't turn them off but anyone got any idea why it's doing it? I checked and they are all plugged in.

 

Specs below.

you probably made it so they dont spin unless the temp goes up or something.

I'm gonna launch ArmA 3 for a bit and see if anything happens, I'll report back.

Are they connected to 3 pin fan headers? If that's your case regulating it's speed is a bit more complicated, below a % they may stop

Some fans don't undervolt well and may need a certain amount of voltage to start spinning.

Okay I just turned it off and unplugged all the fans and re-plugged them and it was fine. thanks!
