horrible mic echo please help

I have a coputer that is feeding an echo for everyone else's audio as well as my game's backround music through my mic. There are no speakers the the computer to give feedack, and I have swapped 3 devices out. 1:Bose QC gaming headdset 2:Astro headset and 3:at2020 through a focusrite scarlet with headphones. To clarify, I do not get any echo, whenever someone else talks they get an echo through my mic. I think it would have to be soming up in the pcs sytem sound settings but for tha life of me i cannot figure it out. I have been trouble shoopting this for weeks now and my friends are starting to refuse to play until its fixed
