Bad motherboard

The story so far: I purchased a new motherboard, PSU, RAM and CPU kit from Micro Center. The board is a Asus Z790 wireless DDR5 the RAM is G Skill DDR5-6000, and CPU is an I-9 12900K. The PSU is a 750W gold plus. 
 

I reused my used 3060TI. 

At first things were great, rendering 4K videos on DaVinci just fine games running great. Then the computer started to just turn off. And would not turn on unless I removed the CMOS battery. (Christmas Eve) 
 

I drove an hour to Micro Center for them to look at it on the 26th. Told them I think I have bad ram they said we are busy will get back to you in a day or two. 
They call back on the 30th hey cannot replicate the problem our diagnostics say, it’s all fine, come get it. 
 

today I was playing games and my computer would just shut off. I got the advice the driver was bad so ran DDU and installed the new driver. 
 

Things ran great until randomly 10 or so games into fortnight I lost all screens again.

 

I could not get the computer to BIOS with the card in after this. So I but the bullet and get the best comparable card I could a 4060. I know the price to performance isn’t with it but quite frankly I am teacher working on my masters. This is my break I just wanna play on my last day of break…

 

I get home and install the 4060 and nothing. I cannot get the computer to boot with either GPU is a PCIE. I was going to try the other PCI slots but that requires alterations to my case. I have the slots but once you break those metal pieces they don’t go back. 
 

What are the chances I got a bad motherboard and how can I test that? 
 

I am finally able to get it to boot using integrated graphics as long as neither card is in. 
 

TLDR: computer will not turn on with two separate GPUs in the first PCI slot. Bad motherboard??

Have you tried plugging your monitor into the motherboard’s hdmi port to see if it will boot?

Yes it does after several restarts and then several minutes of waiting.
