remember to disconnect internet until after you reinstall.. or windows will start automaticly installing default driver unless you disabled that... altho that don't always work.

Are you sure that you're using the correct driver as I believe that AMD stopped support for that card and Adrenalin 23.11.1 is the last version that has support.
