If you can fit a 420 in your case, shouldn't you be able to fit a 480 also?

Also if you're pairing this up with another 240 rad it should be fine as long as you're cooling a single CPU and dual GPU config.

It will be fine, it's 140 and tripple, doesn't really matter if it's thick or not at that dimensions, maybe 1-2 degrees, altough i doubt it.

no only one rad and one cpu and two gpu. also this is all i can fit AND it will take a lot of work but nothing impossible

Oh you won't like the temps if just a single 420 rad.

i cant fit much more i could fit a 140 in the bottom front of my case but my other rad is  top and im using the t-virus res.

I'd get a 480 instead. It'll fit on any area where a 420 will and has a larger surface area. For thickness, depends on the amount of clearance you have.

thats as thick as i can get. can you recommend a thin 480?

420/480 is the length. Standard thickness are 30mm, 45mm, and 60mm. I'd recommend HWLabs Black Ice GTS or Alphacool Nexxxos UT30 for 30mm, for 45mm, Alphacool Nexxxos UT45 and for 60mm, HWLabs Black Ice SR1, Alphacool Nexxxos UT60, or XSPC RX.
