PC Buzzing Sound

That's the situation. It starts buzzing then stops repeatedly.

Hmm I say going to say sounds similar to when I had a fan bearing begin to act up but with the fan spinning as fast as they do (even when "slow") I'd expect the bearing noise to be constant to be honest.

Was cleaning my PC yesterday, removing dust, changing thermal paste, stuff like that. Temps are idling at low 30s and after playing Valorant, it maxed out at 70. Turned my PC on today and noticed an annoying buzzing sound that I'm assuming is coming from the radiator? My cables are well managed and I made sure everything is plugged in correctly, and my screws are perfectly screwed in so I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. Do I need to replace my AIO or reposition it?

After you mentioned fan bearings, I turned off the 3 exhaust fans up top, and noticed the sound went away. Now I know it has something to do with the fans.

I'd Unplug them 1 at a time see which it is and make sure its unobstructed, thought to be honest it's probably dead. Get it replaced, in the short term it'll be fine to leave it switched off.
