How do I increase GPU utilization

Ok so I was playing fortnite after installing my new gpu rx 6700 xt. Although I play fortnite and i struggle to get to 165 fps I’m not sure why this is, I tried using userbenchmark because I had been seeing that it’s a good tool to see if you have hardware issues (Although after I was told it was not a good website) But it says my gpu is underperforming, I’m not sure why this is.  I have speculations that my GPU is being bottlenecked although I’m not sure or fortnite just needs to optimize their game.

Specs: Ryzen 5 3500G

Radeon RX 6700 XT

16GB RAM 

600W EVGA Power Supply

Something like a 5600 or 5600x would be balanced, but the very best gaming CPU on the am4 platform is the 5800x3d

You need a faster cpu, get a 5600x or if your budget allows get a 5800x3d.

Also a 12gb ram config is a little weird, is it 1x8gb+1x4gb? And what speed is it?

after a little more research i loaded into a game and found out that my gpu usage it at like 30-50usage  in game and my cpu is 85-100 usage in game
