Assassin's Creed: Valhalla benchmark - GPU/CPU utilisation

Hello, I have a question regarding cpu/gpu utilisation. I ran a benchmark in AC:Valhalla, the CPU utilisation was at 1% and the GPU was at 99% (using around 7GB of VRAM). Should there be more of VRAM used or is this a normal behaviour? Should there be more CPU usage? Settings are mostly on high/ultra 3840x2160.

 

I'd appreciate any info on this.
