Input lag keyboard mouse while gaming

Hey is my first post so i hope i didn't choose the wrong section, i have a problem of input lag on my pc since i upgrade.

my old system was rzyen 5600g and rtx 3060 ti everything work fine but i was strugle with the new monitor for fps so

i upgrade everything ecept motherboard and ram

New pc:

Corsair psu 650W corsair

Motherboard: Aorus b550 elite v2 rev 1.0

Ryzen 5800x3d

dissipator: deepcool lt720 360mm liquid 

Ram 4x8gb ddr4 3600mhz

Graphics card: Rtx 4070 asus dual

Case:nzxt h9 flow

System: windows 11 pro 23h2(formatted 2 mounts ago after the upgrade piece)

ssd 970 samsung 1Tb  new

Monitor lg ultragear 27 Gsync 1440p 165hz

So my problem is when i play games like the finals or genshin impact and i activate uncap fps for example frame generation the input of keyboard became unresponsive like 3-4 sec delay...

i tried to update to latest version of bios of motherboard and set ram to 3600mhz with xmp (was 2100 before)

i remove optimitazion of processor from setting since was overclock defauly from motherboard bios i think.

i tried disable and riactivate gsync same problem...

anyone have the same problem?

What are your temps while you are gaming?

Ty for the reply, im using 2 keyboard for test, my old one razer huntman 2, and second is the new one the rog scope rx.

Temp in game are for cpu around 60-70 max degree and gpu around 60-65.

Forgot the mention i have windows 11 pro if can help and i tried to se pci gen 4 for the graphic card yerstaday and gen 3 for ssd since i read on couple forum that could be an issue if selected automatic.

I can't speak to all the possible causes for such a giant delay, but what I can tell you is that I believe uncapped FPS can have more input latency than capping FPS at refresh rate minus 3 - See blurbusters.com for a lot more detail, including GSYNC & VSYNC.

 

Also frame generation can double input latency because if you do an action during a generated frame, then your action won't be shown until an actual frame occurs, assuming frame gen alternates between native and generated frames.

 

With a giant input latency like that, I wonder if there's something about (exclusive) full screen versus borderless full screen for your particular game & system combos.

 

Last resort for me would be to run DDU to do a clean uninstall of GPU drivers then do a fresh install of the latest NVIDIA drivers. If you havent done this before, I would do a system backup/restore first, in the unlikely event you run into driver issues that you can't easily recover from.
