What's with "Update AGESA version" in BIOS updates?

Nope, just install the BIOS update like normal.

What's with "Update AGESA version" in BIOS updates? Do I have to update some drivers prior or after a BIOS Update or would Windows Updates recognize it after updating the BIOS and install it for me?

The AGESA is a code blob from AMD that handles things like CPU compatibility, memory training, PBO behavior, etc. The "Update AGESA Version" message is just saying that they're using a new version of that code blob.
