Help: First Planned PC setup

Budget (including currency): AUD 1.5k-2k

Country:  Australia

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: 3D Modelling Software, Gaming

Aiming for best output with consideration, what do you think, any suggestions? (even any places to buy certain parts accessible from australia)

Is the PSU enough considering the estimated wattage and wattage of the GPU? If a larger one any suggestions that won't break the bank but still has the gold 80+ certification.

Plus is the monitor any good? - A bit sketchy as I haven't seen many reviews.

The performance gain for Intel builds RE DDR4 3600 is minimal. Save the money and get a set of 2x16GB DDR4 3200 CL16. I would also look for a 750W psu for that build of yours.

Five pipe cpu cooler that outperforms the CM212.

Yeah the cm212 ain't going to keep the 12700 cool when it struggles to keep 11400 under 90c
