Rgb default after startup

Hi I have some rgb components in my pc and I'm facing a problem with it. When I turn it on some components light the rgb in the color I choose last time like the b450 aorus elite but some of them like my rtx 3070 palit gaming pro or the Kingston fury beast light in rainbow mode until the pc is unlocked and the rgb software is launched then they light in the color I chose. Is there a way I can make my colors the default colors?
