Ethernet not working

After resetting my PC, my ethernet connection no longer works. I have tried for hours trying to fix this trying everything I could think of.

No web pages load at all unless I disable IPV4 under Networking for that connection, only then will some things load but not all the way.

Did you try putting a manual DNS like Cloudflare or Google?

Is your network adapter properly showing up in Device Manager? Screenshots are ideal.

Both are showing up properly & both are updated.

Yes I have, same thing

They are both disabled. (you have two, for some reason)

I know they're disabled, if I have them enabled my wifi will not work thus I wouldn't be able to post here. Enabling them causes the issue I provided, and yes I have disabled my wifi when enabling it. I have 2 as I have 2 ports, I've tried both ports, both do not function. I have tried different ports on my router as well

Try with a GNU/Linux live usb stick, to discard hardware problems.

How is it hardware related if it worked before I reset windows
