They are both disabled. (you have two, for some reason)

I know they're disabled, if I have them enabled my wifi will not work thus I wouldn't be able to post here. Enabling them causes the issue I provided, and yes I have disabled my wifi when enabling it. I have 2 as I have 2 ports, I've tried both ports, both do not function. I have tried different ports on my router as well
