HELP Windows won't boot

I just changed my cpu cooler and Windows won't start now. I can turn on the PC and everything comes on, even get into bios with no problem, but after booting (MSI logo appears), there's just a black screen. The Windows login screen has flashed a couple of times but it doesn't stay on for more than half a second. What can I do? Also, the debug LED is glowing green, which means that the booting device is failing, what could be causing that? The motherboard detects the SSD btw.

Check the power supply connections to your motherboard highlighted in blue. Also make sure your RAM is seated perfectly in the slots, don't push too hard or force the clips.

check that your monitor cable is properly seated.. sounds like it's booting up just not displaying. 

 

did you disconnect your boot device during the operation? check that you have the cables installed like they where before you started?
