Q flash plus wont work

So I bough a b760 ax ddr5 motherboard for my i7 14700k and so I needed to update my bios. So I used the q flash plus to do so. When I click on the button the led light up but the psu won’t any idea how to fix it? As u can see in the video, the flash continues flashing for a min but then just turn off and yeah no bios has been updated
