The Rtx 4060 ti 16 gb and Rx 6750xt is selling for roughly the same price in our country. Which one should I chose for 1440p gaming?

Between those 2 at the same price I would pick the 4060 ti 16gb. Of course neither of these cards are 4K cards but in 1080p and 1440p the 4060 ti 16gb is clearly a faster card. Although, I would really try to stretch my budget if I can to get a 4070 instead. At the end of the day you can just look at benchmarks and make up your own mind.

If for some reason they are the same price, then the RTX 4060 Ti 16GB is the better buy. It has more VRAM, Nvidia's feature set, and trades blows in terms of rasterized non-RT performance while winning outright for ray tracing.

 

However, you should also check on the pricing for the RX 6700XT, as it's only 5-10% slower than the 6750XT. If the RX 6700XT is a good bit cheaper, it could be a better value choice.
