If they have two or more RAM slots, you can run dual channel memory.

Whether they'll take a dedicated GPU depends more on the power supply than the motherboard. If the power supply can feed a power-hungry GPU, there's no reason I can think of that it wouldn't work.

I sold my soul for ProSupport.

I tried searching, I found a tear down video of the Lenovo Prebuilt. It had dual channeling with the other 2 ports soldered. But the PC arrives with only 1 8GB ram stick.

It might also depend on more factors. In some videos of the Lenovo Prebuilt there was a PCIe x16 and PCIe x1 lane while the others did not have any. On the motherboards where there was a x16 lane, its located in the worst place possible, minimal space given.

Cannot find a video about the ASUS Prebuilt however.

Well I too think it might be good to use a proper GPU. Instead I want to try out GPUs without external power supply. I found RX 6400s, one from Sapphire Pulse (very low profile) and from ASRook (A mini). Also I could go for a GTX 1650.

I might have made a few errors

The ASUS Prebuilt says that it uses Intel B760 chipset with 300-350W PSU
