Ok man noted thank you for clarifying things for me because i was using bottleneck calculator and it was saying 20% bottleneck

Bottleneck calculators are useless. They don't take into account the types of games you're playing, what settings you'd be using, and generally don't base their numbers on the best data.

Glad I could help!

What are you going to be doing with the system? And if you're gaming, what games are you going to be playing, and at what resolution?

Ok so im gonna be playing mainly fps games like csgo also some fortnite and minecraft but also some other more gpu demanding games like doom eternal and sons of the forest and all are gonna be played at 1080p also i want all the competitive games to be at 240fps preferably since i do have a 240hz monitor🙂

For 1080p 240Hz competitive gaming, that combo makes sense. The R7 5700X is fast enough to run the majority of eSports titles, including the ones you mentioned, at or above a 240fps average, and as long as you're willing to use competitive settings, the RTX 4060 should be fast enough to keep up in those titles.
