I got a AMD Ryzen 5 3600X 6-Core Processor 3.80 GHz, 16GB of Ram, NVIDIA GeForce RTX 2060, SAMSUNG SSD 981 512GB, 1TB HDD, Case: Kolink Inspire K7 with 1 fan in the rear back and 1 CPU cooler.

When I play games like ovewatch 2 I get around 110fps mid fight, fortnite around 90fps mid fight but on rocket league I get around 380 fps and I play on the lowest graphic setting on every game and my Graphic Card has around 77 degrees while playing games.  I haven't replaced my CPU thermal paste in like 2 years but I do clean my Pc every 3 weeks or so. I just look for some advice on anything really to get my fps around the 165 area, or preferably more. And if this is the wrong Topic sorry.

Thats just the difference in a per game basis, some games can achieve vastly more fps than others

But if youre looking to up FPS regardless

Temps?

Overclock CPU?

Overclock GPU?

Ram speed?

Ram in dual channel?

Background processes?

Any actively running apps while playing games?

On the slightly lower side but similar to what I was getting with 2700X and 5600XT.
