RX 580 keeps crashing

I got the RX 580 recently and I've been having nothing but issues with it. One of the main issues is that is keeps blue screening when I open GPU Intensive apps such as OBS. It blue screens with the error code "PFN_LIST_CORRUPT". I googled this error but nothing I tried fixed it.

 

Has anyone had this issue before and were you able to fix it? Would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Ok, elaborate on what you have already done so we can possibly narrow it down.

I've only updated drivers and done all my windows updates.
