So I did a recent build that has a 13th gen i5 13600k and a arc a750 along with 64 gigs off RAM.  Recently a mutual friend passed away and I was offered to purchase his gaming rig for 200, which I went ahead and did.  It's around 3 years old with an AMD CPU (not sure which) and a Gigabyte 3060 ti with 12 gigs of vram.  I'm considering pulling the GPU and replacing my a750 with it, than putting the a750 in his system and giving it to my son for Christmas.   Would this be my best bet?

(as an aside another friend went to his place and helped his mom pull the info off the computer to close our other friends accounts and than wiped everything, and I am also considering swapping the NVME in it with a different same sized one before giving it to my son..  Shouldn't matter since it was cleaned but just in case)

Current system - 14900k i9, RTX 5060, 64 GB 3600 RAM, b760 mATX board, dual 2 TB NVME drives.

you should figure out what the specs of the computers are so we can answer the question

Working on it, don't have it yet as my friend is still going through and making sure all the accounts on there are closed before wiping the drive.  So far I know its an ibuypower with an AMD Ryzen 7 5700, and the GPU is a Gigabyte RTX 3060 12 GB, with a WD Blue 1 TB NVME and an ASRock board.  My current system is an Intel 13600k with an Arc a750, 2 2 TB Silicon Power NVMEs and a TUF matx 760 board.  From what I can tell my CPU is a step better than his but my GPU is a step down from his, so I am thinking swap the GPUs than use his system as a NAS and streaming box that is also capable of streaming some games if needed while keeping my other system open and running (after I add some storage to his of course).
