Should I Be Worried?

I've heard people say theres a bug in Windows 8/8,1 that defragments SSD drives by default, I've also heard others say it doesn't defragment the SSD but instead Retrims it?  

 

I'm not sure what to beileve.  So I've disabled Automatic Defragment but according to some websites you have to disable automatic maintenance to stop the problem?  Should I stop automatic mainentance using Task Scheduler?  

 

I'm really confused and don't know what I should do or even if this stuff is true or false!  So, I'm asking you guys if I should be worried or if this whole thing is just false.
