BIOS BLACK SCREEN

So i discovered a problem today with my system. I have an ryzen 5 5600g and a rtx 3060 ti, i like playing games but i noticed im not getting my desired fps in those games. I checked with a benchmark only to see that my cpu and my gpu usage never goes over 50 percent while my fps is low. i saw that maybe i need to update my bios but my bios doesnt work, it just shows a black screen i tried everything. I switched from display port to hdmi and other techniques. I need to get to my bios to update them so if someone can help i would be very grateful.

Quick few questions before BIOS stuff

Temps?

Running on HDD or SSD?

PSU?

PBO and EXPO turned on?

Amount and speed of RAM?

Cables plugged into GPU and not Motherboard?

GPU properly seated?

 

So BIOS, how are you accessing it?

Do you have Bios screen loading image turned off?

Does PC just not boot into bios whatsoever?

Try plugging monitor into motherboard during bios access attempts?

 

I know thats quite a slew of questions but tis an interesting problem, trying to get a better overall for the situation!

the temp on the gpu is about 60 to 70 degrees celsius and the cpu about the same i know its not even close to overheating.

im runnning on a 500gb ssd, idk about the psu, 16 gb ram 3200mhz, the display cable is plugged into the gpu because when i plug it into the motherboard it doesnt work at all. I bought a prebuilt pc and thats how it came. it doesnt boot at all when i restart it and spam del or f1 but i went to the advanced startup options and restarted it that way and its just a black screen.

also, i saw that the bios version was f1 like it was the first version ever released so it does need an update i just dont know how without bios loading.

my mother board is the B550M DS3H

That is a strange one, might indeed need a bios update, though im not sure either if you cant access bios to begin with
