With that budget you can get pretty much the fastest PC possible.  Or you could get something still extremely fast for a lot less.  For $2000 you can’t get any faster than this other than with a 4090.  That’d leave you $500 for a nice monitor.

If you can hold on until next month the RTX 4080 Super 20GB is due for release in January and that card fits your budget. It will be second in performance only to the RTX 4090 24GB which is geared more for gaming at 4K. Expect that card to retail for right around $1000 - $1200. If you want to cut the cost of this build then look at the RTX 4070 Ti Super 16GB also due for release next month. Pair that card up with a 850W psu.
