Need help to improve the pc

Hi, this is my first pc build but I did do lots of research and I wont thoughts on it. My budget is $2100 USD and I won't to do 1440p gaming and play VR and do sum overclocking.

In general seems fine. Did you have any specific questions about your build? Or did you have any specific min/max trade offs that you want to optimize for?

With the RAM idk wut the max speed it can be with an i7-13700kf is and is that a way I can get win11 for cheaper? And for a monitor I already have a 1080 to 4k 75hz monitor but all the monitors that are 1440p 144hz and up are so dam expensive so do you have recmendashons for one under $235 25-27in?

Try this. Better case with better airflow, ATX 3.0 PCIe 5.0 psu for the RTX 40XX series cards, gaming monitor, etc .. DL Windows and use the MS Serial Key # that comes with that disk to register it.
