Freezing problems

Hi there!

So i recently built a new pc and after a few days it has started to freeze up for about 3-4 seconds randomly.
I can still move my mouse but no programs move or respond.
After 3-4 seconds the program continues as if nothing ever happened.

i have uninstalled all new programs since the problem begun but it still persists.

Anny ideas what the hell might be causing this?

Leave task manager or afterburner hardware monitor on and wait for the problem to occur, after it does, check to see if RAM usage, CPU usage or GPU usage has spiked up to 100% at any time. I had this issue once, it was related to google chrome, sadly I don't remember exactly how I fixed it.

make sure you install all the windows updates as well, that fixes a lot of bugs i get after a fresh install.
