What is that GPU model? I'm pretty sure the LED near the power connection only turns on when there is something wrong, power-wise.

Turn off your power supply switch for now.

Give us your full PC specs list.

Ryzen 3 1200

ASUS RX 560

8x2 Kingston Fury DDR4 ram

WD 256gb SSD

MSI A320M Bazooka

We'll need the full kit number of those RAM sticks, the full model number of your power supply, and the complete model of your GPU.

Qoute my reply if you want me to answer back.

Ok, so you have debug LED lights on the right hand side just above 24 power cable, do any of them light up when your press power on?

I would remove gpu and only have 1 stick of ram in (test in each slot) and see if those leds light up

No leds light up and when I take the gpu and one ram stick aswell

ok well no leds at all showing suggests to me the board is not getting power to it properly? as even with the wrong bios (if it is?) I would have thought it would light up on cpu but go no further..

so I would check both the 24 pin and the 4/8 pin cpu power cable going into the board make sure firmly plugged in and re the 4/8 pin that it is the correct cable

failing that, rebuild out of the case (breadboard) just to check its not being shorted anywhere

The CPU pin is 4+4 I used because it only has 8 holes and I tried pushing both further in bug it seems like their both in firmly

as i said build out side of case

Just being certain everything is connected correctly...I would just use the minimum to get it to start (want to see the cpu fan spinning and the led debug working) so no gpu no drive etc just board/cpu with cooler/ 1 stick of ram (try the ram in every slot, make sure you here the click when you insert the ram top and bottom of slot)

check you have the power sw cable from case plugged into the right 2 pins on motherboard...but for testing out side of case just short those 2 pins with screw driver

I'm not sure but I think this might be the issue? Like I had these connecters in these headers but I just put them randomly in. Are they supposed to go in a certain order?

it says it JFP1 is where they go, so just put the power sw wires in for now..theres 2, they go onto the pins that say power sw

theres usually 2 rows of pins on the JFP1 (front panel header) the power sw wires go onto the top row (there are 4 pins on the top row and 5 on the bottom) so plug the power sw wire onto the top row 2 pins on the right side

Yes, that's most certainly your problem. If the power switch isn't connected to the "POW SW" pins, the motherboard won't even try to turn on. If the power LED isn't connected to the "PWR LED" pins the right way, it won't light up. (Polarity matters for LEDs, but not switches. If you plug an LED in backwards there's no harm done, it just won't light up.)

I sold my soul for ProSupport.
