Windows update

Go to solution Solved by Needfuldoer,

If you're unlucky, whichever files it's currently working on will be corrupted.

If you're lucky, Windows will just start the update installation all over from the beginning when you boot back up.

If you're shutting the PC down anyway, just let it do its thing. It will finish.

your pc might not boot into windows but even if it does you will probably get errors even trying to open a file in the desktop.

This can be fixed by doing a fresh install of windows because most time the reset option will not be available

Good chance you'll end up having to reinstall Windows.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.
