Usually when people say things like this they're worried about "bottlenecks," where one part holds back the performance of the other.

The fact is that there is always a bottleneck (a limiting factor on performance) in any PC, and that bottlenecks do not harm your PC in any way, at worst they just leave a few frames on the table.

As a rule, "bottleneck calculator" tools on websites are garbage and you should not use or pay any attention to them.

Corps aren't your friends. "Bottleneck calculators" are BS. Only suckers buy based on brand. It's your PC, do what makes you happy.  If your build meets your needs, you don't need anyone else to "rate" it for you. And talking about being part of a "master race" is cringe. Watch this space for further truths people need to hear.

They don't really work like that lol

What do you mean by "pair up well"?

The same pairing you would like to see for software development is different from gaming is different from graphics design is different from data mining

yeah ig bottlecking is what i meant, i can sometimes tell if they will work together without a bottlneck but people usually tell me that something "pairs up well" and i was just seeing if that was like something to do with the specs of the gpu and cpu working well together but ig not and i also do know that those caculators are shit, thank you tho!

Well, it's still going to depend on what you want to get out of it. Like I said, the best pairing for gaming is not the same as the best pairing for graphics design/office work
