I built a PC about a month and a half ago. For a while now every time I try and boot up my PC, first it shows me a screen that says "preparing automatic repair", following five or so minutes, that screen changes to a blank blue screen. If I leave it on that screen for around five more minutes the PC just shuts down, next time I try and boot, the PC boots to the desktop with no problem. Can anyone explain why this might be or how I might fix this?

Thanks heaps for any help I can get!

  1. Open Event Viewer
  2. Go to the logs as follows and sort by Level to get the red errors and critical stuff at the top

  3. Then read them to figure out why the computer is doing what it's doing.
  4. Post back here with what you learn!

There is approximately a 117% chance I edited my post.

Hi, I know this post is almost a year old but I have not even tried to fix this error since posting. The PC has still been doing this whenever I turn it on for the first time, it always boots on the second still.

This is the first error that was listed after turning the PC on.

I have no idea what any of these errors mean, can you shed any light on what they mean?
