Weaker PSU working

So I recently built a new pc with a 550Watt Corsair PSU. But the motherboard light would come on and the PC wouldn't turn on. And I did some trouble shooting and changed the PSU to an old Corsair 450watt it works perfectly fine. So I ordered a new 550 watt PSU and the same problem PC won't turn on but it turns on for the 450 watt. What's the issue here?

Cpu;5600x

Wattage isnt everything, check the output amp's

Can we get model numbers instead of claimed wattage of the PSUs?

+3v and +12v might be to low on your corsair, 20A+ on 3v and 40A+ on 12v is where you want to be
