PCs don't have a factory reset, or maybe you mean it's a prebuilt that has that option? Where did your windows come from and how did you install it first? Do you have any bloatware, including useless AV, or utility software? Do you have any overclocking on the CPU/GPU?  What tepms are you getting when gaming?

You need to eliminate different factors one by one and isolate the problem. It would take a little bit of know-how and many different steps. I would try a clean and fresh install of Windows+drivers( and no bloatware or utility software), reset bios to default and then do some stress testing with CPU-z, Cinebench, and OCCT on CPU and RAM. Then try to run some games. If stress testing the CPU fails with default bios settings then you might need to look deeper into your hardware.

I custom built my pc , I download windows 11 from a usb drive .. and no over clocks to my cpu or gpu ever .. only thing I’ve ever touched was xmp as an over clock… I updated to the most recent bios so it should have reset bios to default settings …

Ok the budget seems to have not been distributed too well. Regardless, you can still do the things I've mentioned. Do your stress tests and see what happens. Usually if your system is that unstable, Cinebench will crash, or you get a bluescreen, freeze, or reset within 1-2 minutes. Do that and you'll can take it from there, but make sure to have a clean windows with only your drivers installed.

The goal with Cinebench is to just test for 1 or 2 min. Don't let it run at 100c for the full run.
