The best way

Go to solution Solved by Morpheus,

Maybe i'm off with an airconditioning unit. Me and my pc will benefit from it. uhm and also, do fans corsair high performance fans will help lower the temps? AF fans.

they will but won't make a big enough difference until you lower the room temps. An air conditioning unit does sound like a good idea that'll help your comfort and your pc's :P

What's the best way to cool down 2 R9 290 in a H440 case? Im planning on doing a Xfire upgrade. And right now running on a single R9 290. My PSU is 850w. Any suggestion or idea is accepted. Take note only air cooling :) TIA!

the room temps are too high for you to crossfire unfortunately.. I can't think of any AIR cooler that will allow you to CF ... (I'm talking from my own experience)...You'll be running into 90+ temps when you CF so you might want to consider water

Max temps i reach is around 74c-78c full gaming load. And my case fans are stock nzxt fans(are they even reliable?) Watercooling is not a good option anymore, for i bought a non-reference card. and it is too pricy in our country.

yeah when you CF those temps are going to sky rocket.. ummmm I'd save up for that kraken g30 or whatever it is and attach a AIO water cooler to the bottom card so one will stay near 78c and the other less than that. If you want to air cool both, you'll need to reduce your ambient temps

edit: that kraken combo should be around $80 USD
