My cpu speed is stuck at 788Mhz

Hii I'm using asus rog strix g512li.. My CPU frequency is stuck at 788Mhz, I have no overheating issues with my laptop and apart from that I have actually cleaned it again but sadly I am not seeing any change. My laptop is mostly on turbo mode but the CPU frequency is just 788Mhz..it doesn't increase a bit until I restart it 2-3 times for  few seconds. Is there any solution for this

I had the some problem multiple times before. It's some crappy power management of Windows or other software. I don't remember how I fixed it. It just went away on its one. Make sure you are connected to power adapter. Try to mess around with the power options in settings and control panel.

Microsoft owns my soul.

Also, Dell is evil, but HP kinda nice.

@Eisei You can try downloading ThrottleStop and try to unlock the frequency, turbo limits or power limits.
