Windows 10 shortcut (HELP!)

I've been looking everywhere for an answer but I haven't found one and I was hoping this forum could be of help to me. I want to make a desktop shortcut for my microphone settings. All solutions I've found are shortcuts that lead to the sounds settings in control panel.

While that's fine, I was wondering how I could make a shortcut that would bring me straight to the microphone properties menu as I often have to adjust my microphones level.

It would be even better if I could make a shortcut that takes me straight to the levels tab.

I'm not sure if my question is clear, hopefully I am understood and that a solution exists out there.
