Strange PC issue

About 12 days ago after reset my pc devide not tu turn on. There was rgb light on mb workung, fans spinning but no cigar. After kept dorment for 10 minutes pc booted normaly. This gappened again few days later and booted ok after 10-15 minutes. 4 days ago reset was needed and since then no dice. Rgb on mb workung, fans spinning but no cigar. Tried almost everything.       My vonfig:

Mbo ASUS tuf plus gaming last bios update

16 gb dd4 2666 mhz crucial ballistix sport lt 2c8

Corsair h50 aio

Ssd vertex 256 gb sata for os only

Gtx 1080 windforce gaming g1

Sad samsunf 980 1tb pcie

Wd black sata 512 gb

Wd green 1tb sata

Sound blaster ae-5

I have notice month or two before that issue that graphic card draw graphic elements in world of tanka slowely. She neded few sec to draw textures. That must be then due low powet from psu

Not low power but faulty psu. Install a different psu from somewhere for testing purpose. If the system performs ok then your psu is dying. 

I had no system issue. Boot was ok, no bscod, cpu was working in his parameters, memory 100%,no tear, artefacts or other graphic issues.every test was in green.
