FMB for Intel.

Hey guys was wondering what FMB mean't on processors. 

 

I noticed that the 4930K has a 2011P FMB and the 4770K has a 2013D FMB. 

 

What does this mean? What does it mean for performance, and which one would you pick?

A small amount of google-ing would suggest that it is related to the TDP of the specific chip.

I am an enthusiast you could say. Highest of the high, just not paying 1K for a 60X-70X. :P
