ram help?

Hello, I am new to the pc community and i want to add 2 more sticks of ram of to my 3-moth old pc. So, I have a G-force RTX 3060ti the CPU is the AMD Ryzen 7 7700 8-core, mother bord ASRock B650M-C DRR 5, storage is the MSI M450 1TB, power supply is Evga 800 GB 80 plus gold 800w. The sticks of ram I am running is the Corsair Dominator platinum RGB 32gb (2x16gb). everything seems to run ok with 2 of the sticks but if i add 2 more the CPU and the ram lights comes on and will not post or do anything. I did check every slot and ram separately and all works fine. but with all 4 it will not work. Please explain it to me between 15-year-old to 20 because I am kina familiar on how computers work but numbers and wats and changing of bios is a little confusing. ps i have a corsair radiator and 9 fans. Contact me for more details because i just have 100 worth of ram not being used, please and Thak you.
