What kind of dollars are you using? What are you cooling?

Noctua, anything from them will be stellar.

My System Specs: (Short list) i7 4770k, GTX 780, many SSD's, a 2 TB HDD(deceased :( ), Corsair 650D. Full list: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/kchriz6097/saved/8dh7YJ

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

well I'd normally recommend something like noctua but it seems the dark quite something pro the one with almost black or black heatsink. I'm not sure mate but I remember seeing it in one of linus video. not sure about it's performance.

^^ this i might need to squeeze alittle out of pocket. but also will this fit in nzxt phantom full tower?

Get the D14 it performs amazingly, but make sure your ram is compatible, if it isn't get the NH-U14s as it performs almost as well as the D14 but is compatible with all ram. And yes it will fit in a phantom. Also the U14s is more quiet than the D14 (although the D14 is still ridiculously quiet)
