I've been experiencing some weird screen glitching especially when i'm on my web browser, so far I've not noticed this in-game. sometimes the glitching can be small and insignificant, or it'll just cover the entire screen. the fact that it captured with Shadowplay made me exclude the monitor.

Now this can be either a gpu or a ram issue. I've also noticed some freezing while watching youtube on my web browser, although I can still hear the audio, my screen fps drops to 0.1~, I ended up restarting.

 ,.

Main Points:

Happens outside of games usually on the web browser

Happens after some time of using the pc and not right away after boot

Experienced some freezing on the web browser

Can be clipped with Shadowplay

Usually disappears by itself instantly, but sometimes can stay until I move my mouse or some kind of change happens on my display.

Currently running corsair vengeance 2x16 on dual channel*

GPU Windforce OC 4070

Having the same artifacts with my RTX 4080 in browser window sometimes. I think that's not harmful. 4 months and no other kind of failure from GPU.

The most important in my opinion is that it does not happen in GPU-demanding games.

Though that seems actually worse problem than mine ...

By the day I'm more convinced its a ram issue, since this issue is expected to increase in gpu intensive games if it was a gpu artifact, but since that's not the case it usually means its ram. Just yesterday it happened strongly and I instantly clipped it with shadowplay, the file got corrupted. Therefore it's more likely to mean a ram issue.
