Why the ATX 3 psu? i have not an Nvidia, is there a new feature I'm missing out?

Yes. ATX 3.0 PSU are much better able to handle transients. Also, you don't know what, if any, GPU upgrade you might consider in the future.

True, as of now tho i don't plan to buy those type of psu as i cannot even find one sfx of that new specs (in EU). I guess it would be a nice upgrade alongside the GPU in 3-4 years.
