Well are any games installed on the HDDs? Those can't keep up, haven't for a few years. 1660 while not fast or new should still not stutter for your average game.

Ok, so HDD is innocent. What are the CPU temps during those drops.

Hmm, how are your temps looking, and following on from that whats your cpu cooler?

What games are you playing?

Are your cpu and gpu being utilised fully or is there a bottleneck elsewhere? Check task manager for this

Theres a reason youre able to hit 200fps, largely because your system isnt bad at all, and so there must be a reason its dropping so low too

Either Ctrl+shift+esc

Or Ctrl+Alt+Del then click task manager

And how are you checking temps?

But what application are you using to check the temperature?

And for the thing bottlenecking you, while playing, itll be the thing with the most usage in the performance tab, especially during frame drops.

If you run a benchmarking software and take a look in task manager too, it can also provide some insights.

It might well be the graphics card, but better to see if we can find the issue and save you some cash instead of splashing money on something and finding it didnt solve the issue in the first place.

Also overclocking it shouldnt matter, i have mines overclocked to its limit currently and have had many many crashes dialling it in. The computer and/or gpu saves itself before turning off the computer, so even if you did overclock it, if it ran stable afterwards, then it should be fine
