Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): I dont know where to start to pick pc parts

don't know how well a computer of that price will play AAA games but you can definitely try.

you will have to make very specific sacrifices if you want to hit that budget but if you spend $500 it will be able to play AAA titles.

this is gonna get you some good performance but if you want to spend 350 you are gonna have to get second hand parts or something like a 10th gen i5 which is using an older socket so it is not very easily upgradeable but it is doable.

i3 13100f

asrock challenger d radeon rx 6600 8gb

crucial p3 500gb m.2

patriot elite viper ii 8gb

gigabyte h610m s2h ddr4 micro atx lga1700 motherboard

corsair cv550 550w psu

diypc f2 case it doesnt have great cable management but t is ok
