Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: gaming, general web surfing, maybe some content creation, middle of the road multi tasking abilities.

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc): This started when I found an old ISI case in my boiler room (used to be my uncle's) and I thought why not build my own. I am really looking for something on the cheaper side and with relative speed(black Friday soon). Thank you.

Hello. I would like to help you here. I have been building PCs for over 30 years. Right now is the best time to buy PC Parts because Black Friday Deals/Sales are in full swing. After Black Friday you can expect this price to jump up to maybe another $200-$300.
