Need help with verifying some doubts

I live in srael.

 

The internet outside of here is C%^$.

 

The cache inside israel is just for main stuff (Youtube, facebook, drivers etc).

 

Want to verify that our ISP actually slowing down the internet when it leaves the country (Low bandwith to private customers).

 

 

All who have high internet speeds (preferebly high Upload) please go to this site and run a speed test: 147.235.246.92      /      http://www.bezeq.co.il/internetandphone/internet/speedtest/

 

If the test wont start by itself click the blue button under the speed clock.

Looks like you're about the same speed to me as everyone else in that region of the world man.
