Budget (including currency): £750

Country:

Games, programs or workloads that it will be used for: Mostly for gaming

Other details (existing parts lists, whether any peripherals are needed, what you're upgrading from, when you're going to buy, what resolution and refresh rate you want to play at, etc):

I will be playing at 1080p

I'm reusing the PSU, SSD, case and peripherals from my last build so those shouldn't be taken into account in the budget

for reference I'm using the KOLINK observatory mesh Lite mesh case

This is the list I'm currently looking at: https://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/WL6GjH

Also psu model, send a pic of the wattage table aswell

12600k + 3080 + 32gb 3200c16

all around upgrade with a much better board, cooler, and gpu

cost cut abit on the rams but primaries dont do shit for performance anyways (most of the performance lies in the subtimings and ram freq), and if you were looking for performance you wouldnt be buying some generic xmp bin and youd be cherry picking oem sticks instead, so instead of generic 3200c16 xmp youd be looking at 2133 rams with good ics like m378a1g43eb1 double sided samsung 4gbit e die in a 4x8 quad rank config and lazy oc to 4000-4200

Last time i checked uk fb marketplace used 3080 were going around the 350£ mark, if you want amd look for a used 6800xt, no real reason not to go used last gen when you get massive discounts and can get much better gpus for the same price

Used 12600k(f) can be found for 150-180£ so easy cost cut with effectively no risk
