Swapping psu cables

Just bought a new rog Thor p2 1200 watts after my old one got dammed due to power surge. I don’t feel like rerouting cables again so can I just swap out the psu since they are the same.

If its the exact same PSU then that will be okay ( Same model, revision etc ) . I would change the cables if the old PSU got damaged as something could have happened to any of the cables.
Be safe, dont be lazy, change the cables.
