Dayz only using 30% gpu

to start off i have a pretty high end pc and only have this issue on dayz. i have a rtx 3080 ti. i9 12900k. 32gb 4000mhz ram. should not be having this issue. no matter what setting i have the game set on i can not get over 100 fps. i am playing on 3440x1440 but dayz does not have that good of graphics. everything is up to date
