You should try to get a positive pressure (just my opinion) with two in the front and one on top, on the slot closest to the back. That way your airflow has an actual direction, which helps more than putting a million fans into a case. So your idea was good.

Due to the positive pressure, you will not have any issues with dust and some air will just exhaust automatically through the back

Okay thanks I will try. Would a Hyper 212 EVO cooler and 4 fans keep my computer cool? (I don't care about sound aslong as it isn't heard in teamspeak.)

I would guess so. The Hyper 212 EVO is supposed to be a good cooler. Kinda depends on your CPU though and whether you overclock or not.
